“Does not worth the price and needs a lot of TLC”

The best

Location is good, and you pay mostly for it, not for the quality of accomodation. On the whole and on the first glance there is all you need: equipped kitchen, towels, heating and air-conditioning etc. A young man who handles you the keys is very nice.

To be improved

Dirty walls, even over the bed (which was especially unpleasant). A lot of dust on the floor, so just after the arrival I had to brush it. A whole bunch of someone's hair on the floor in the bathroom and a couple of them on the pillow (the hair were two times longer than mine, so no mistake here). The cover of the sofa is brownish because no one has ever washed it, so please do not seat on it. Sometimes when you open a bathroom door a part of the door frame goes away together with it. It takes multiple attempts to make a door of the bath cabin stay open: it is broken and every time tends to to close itself. A bit of love and care from the owners of the place would help, but they obviously do not care.
