Excellent location, close to main attractions.
Friendly and helpful staff, with positive interactions noted.
Overall a very enjoyable stay with a few minor concerns.
Generally good breakfast options but one mention of missing tea supplies.
Comfortable rooms, but some mentioned older bathrooms.
Good value for the location and quality, though some pricing issues mentioned.
“Quiet location in old renovated hotel”
Location on top of the hill overlooking green fields and an old monastery with Iglesia de la Vera Cruz nearby.
Bathroom was small; I hate to think how a couple would manage.
“Cold inside and out”
This was a stop over on the way back to the ferry port. After a long drive in bad weather we eventually found the hotel. The hotel is in a one way street and although they had emailed directions we didn't receive these soon enough. Parking was tight and made more difficult because of poor lighting. The room was cold and the heating was on, and didn't come on at all. The only warm space was the bathroom. It was very cold outside and now inside too. The room didn't look like the photo, there was no tea making facilities. It was central for some of the historical area, and that's about it. Breakfast was served in a cold room, (no heating) , and the usual choices. Not much hot food and nothing to order from the kitchen. Poor quality sausages and over cooked scrambled eggs. Everything else cold..... Tea & coffee machine only with low grade coffee.....undrinkable. Have they not heard of Nespresso.?! We won't be rushing back.
“Just average because it was a cold room in mid December and unacceptable.”
Difficult to find sat nav doesn't get you there! Eventually found it and dashed into get directions to the garage. First impression wasn't great, kept waiting while the receptionist kept making telephone calls. Not very warm and welcoming. Found garage after overly long check in process. Poor lighting in the garage and difficult to unload. Lift available up to rooms. Our room was cold and the AC didn't work, the only warm area was the bathroom. No double glazing and so a quick refresh and straight out,it was now dark.... and cold Bathroom was very cramped with a dated shower over the bath! Towels okay and hot water with good pressure. First stop down to the aquaduct and the Xmas lights which we'd driven past earlier. Stroll around watched the lights show set to music,a great effort. Then back up to the old town and the cathedral with it's main plaza. The hotel is well located for visiting the area. That's about it. Breakfast was served in a cold room with the usual selection but a lack of tortilla available. Coffee was out of a machine and undrinkable.... Fruits, pastries etc.
“Segovia overnight stay”
Location close to historical city center, excellent view from terrace, friendly staff,
Had to spend almost 40 minutes to find the hotel parking due to road works. Small bathroom. No place to store items
“Nice place to stay to visit Segovia”
We were at the 6th floor, very nice view from the room, room modern and bed very confortable. Staff was very welcoming and nice. Available carpark Very usefull. Breakfast very complete and tasty.
Some accessories (Shampoo dispanser) in bathroom not very string, Fall appart when we use it. Also problem with shower holder,
“Perfect location but a little hard to locate, but that could just be me!”
Breakfasts were very good and the rooms are comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect walking distance to everything you could possibly want to see and do.
It was difficult to locate the hotel and it would be beneficial if signage is improved, the one way system compounds this and driving through the narrow streets is stressful. Once found locating hotel parking is also difficult to find staff seemed a little exasperated with me as I struggled to understand how to drive there.
