I asked the hotel for an change of the date of stay as my wife had an accident and needed surgery, they couldn’t facilitate me but they had already taken the money from from credit card

The best

Comfortable hotel, I recommed it. clean room and bathroom. I was satisfied with the mattress and pillows. The breakfast room could be open earlier but the buffet was great.

“Comfort and Quiet in Cuenca”
The best

The hotel offered spacious, comfortable rooms that easily accommodated our whole family. The bathroom was large, modern, and elegant, which added a nice touch of comfort to our short stay. The location was very convenient for us — easy to access by car and set in a quiet area, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel.

To be improved

Breakfast was not included in our rate and, being a Sunday, it was quite difficult to find an open place nearby for breakfast early in the morning. The location is perfect for those arriving by car and looking for peace and quiet, but it may not be ideal if you want to visit Cuenca’s old town or prefer to be close to main attractions.

“The room was good-sized, and the bathroom was very nice. A large bottle of water was provided, and the staff was kind and gave me a second one the next day. There was lots of marble and a large tub, so I took a bath. It was very quiet in my room, so I slept well. The full buffet is €13, but you can order the half buffet for €6.50 and choose either sweet or salty. They have a nice gym and a separate room of the lobby to relax or work. · Cons: My room had two twin beds, but they were more like cots, so it wasn't very comfortable. Everything else was fine.”

Staff was accommodating, breakfast was delicious & room was spacious & clean.

To be improved

Location is not near city center or Plaza Mayor but easily attainable by local bus or taxi.

“Nice stay in a functional hotel”
The best

Chose the breakfast which is offered! Really good value for money. The rooms are nice and clean and I could park our car for free at the hotel premises. To get to the historic part of the city, you have to take a bus, though (bus stops right in front of the hotel)
