“Family stay”

The best

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean, food service was great. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels when needed. Pool was clean and nicely operated and safe at all times. Area was clean, extra services such as a hairdresser’s and shop on site which was a lovely touch

“Not recommended”

The best

I stayed there for 2 nights, the room is spacious, yes, but that's all ! Poor infrastructure and staff barely spoke English. The pool was empty, no bike rental as described, poor Wi-Fi and the location of the hotel is very far from the center. The lobby is horrible and definitely needs renovations. I wouldn't recommend it.

“Terrible hotel”

The best

Please don’t visit this hotel it’s terrible. We found cockroaches on the floor, holes in towels. Non of the facilities were open and it 22 degrees even the outside pool. We were given the wrong room and the electricity went in the room.

“Disgraceful service and attitude, don't stay here.. .”

The best

The most frustrating and appalling levels of customer service ever experienced by our group. 60 of us stayed here for 5 nights. The restaurant makes Fawlty Towers look good!! When we complained to the Hotel Manager, we were told it is not his problem as the restaurant is leased to another company🤷‍♂️ We will NEVER be back.

“Great little budget hotel”

The best

Ok if you want somewhere clean, with helpful staff then this is a great place. Breakfast has a great selection. Only thing is they take coach tours so on the last day it was packed. The room was clean. Basic but clean. It’s defo had a bit of wear since the photos but it’s comfy. The food at the restaurant is over priced but convenient. The bar staff were usually helpful and friendly but on the last night the waitress was rude. Grumbling etc. The pool area is great and it’s spacious as a hotel. It’s about a 25 min drive to Seville but I’d recommend getting the bus unless it’s a Sunday. Parking is a nightmare because of parking controls but on a Sunday its a free for all with no wardens. The bus stop is outside the hotel with hourly to half hourly buses into Seville and it’s cheap. Be sure to use google maps for the journey back as it gets dark around there. Overall a great hotel for the price.
