The best

Great lokacion, few meters from the beach, nearby bus stop (1,12 to historical city and bus station Santa Catalina with other intercity buses). Great rooftop with swiming pool’s and beautiful View of the port and beach. Clean room every day, big bathroom with every kozmetics (kondicioner, body cream:). Friendly staff.

To be improved

View from the room was no very beautiful(roof of the ugly building), but behind her was port;) Rooftop terrace was open only to 20.00, It could be longer;) In the night was street under the room noisy. Maybe, It could be 2 chairs in the room. Internet was weak.

“Comfortable, great location, great value for money”
The best

The hotel is not on the front line of the beach - Playa de las Canteras, but is literally there. The room was comfortable and clean. It is located within walking distance of Castillo de Luz, the aquarium, and bus stops for multiple lines to take to the historic center of Las Palmas. I believe the hotel offers great value for the money.

To be improved

It is a little bit worn out, and perhaps renovations could gradually start to refresh the rooms. I had an incident where all three of my key access cards were wiped out. I had to wait in line until visitors who were at a party and had two rooms to check in were serviced, which took more than 20 minutes, while I needed a service, which literally took 30 seconds on a different terminal. There was only one lady manning the reception counter. This was not a very pleasant experience and left me with a negative impression.
