The price, the lack of amenities, the air-con, the dirty room and terrace. Other than that very good No restaurant, snack bar or bar Monday - Thursday. When open bar very poorly stocked. Very expensive vending machine for snacks & drinks. Restaurant got order wrong, put it right but was raw. Swapped it for a different dish but by then I had finished my meal. We were given a free pudding to share

The reception staff were fantastic. Very friendly and happy to help.

a personal hate of mine but the television in the bedroom when switched off has a bright blue light. This lights up the room when it's meant to be dark and kept waking me up so I had to get up and stick something over it so I could sleep.

Lovely hotel attached to a golf course. In a quiet location just outside the town. Ideal for a visit to Toledo.
