Well situated. Atmosphere normal. Room spacious and very clean, large double bed firm but comfortable. Good value. Some traffic noise. Service friendly.

“We liked everything about this hotel”

The best

We stayed there for 1 night prior to catching a train the following day. We liked everything about the hotel. We had a very large and comfortable room which was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The situation was perfect for the railway station and for visiting the town. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful and we had a good breakfast. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would like to stay there again. Thanks to all concerned. You are doing a very good job.

“The staff was very kind, and the hotel is close to the city center. · Cons: The hotel was on a very busy road/highway so it was quite noisy. I had to sleep with earplugs. The safe was broken and one of the lamps didn’t work. I mentioned the issue with the safe to the staff but it didn’t make a difference (at least during the time I was there).”

Near railroad tracks. Although the staff gave me the quietest possible room, you can still hear road and rail traffic.

“EXE is for an EXcellent Experience…...”

The best

An excellent hotel in staff and location for visiting the city and restaurants. Useful underground parking but don’t rely on Google maps to define precise location of entry point! Before the intersection when coming in via A11. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Excellent breakfast. Good disabled room access and facilities. Highly recommended.

To be improved

Greater illumination to aid underground parking. Better cafeteria/bar for casual visits.
