“Great Stay in Valencia”
The best

Friendly accommodating staff. Clean rooms attended to each day. Great location. Walking distance to the museum district and old town. Taxi stand out front for a quick trip to the beach.

Good position for Science City and Oceanographic. Good breakfast with friendly staff.

Checked-in in a room with the wardrobe broken, has been fixed in 24 hrs. Went out at 13.00, turned the card on the white side and asked free reception to clean the room or at least to empty the trash. When arrived back at 22.30 nothing has been done and the reception personnel did not even apologise. Reception personnel on duty barely understands English and some of them (not the interns) look pretty confused. Booked a “car service” to the airport which at the end was a taxi. I payed 30€ at the hotel and the taxi meter was showing 22€. If you need a car to the airport just pick a taxi from the outside: it will be cheaper. I asked about different possibilities 24 hrs in advance and the hotel stalag did not provide adequate price comparison (hotel service is 30% more expensive). There were loud works from 10.00 at the 3rd floor with no warning or notification. All in all, you should adequate the price to your services.
