The room we were in (23) was right on the street. There is a lot of noise from the street that went well into the night. The bins located outside on the street were emptied after midnight! When we booked in the staffroom failed to tell us that the hot water service has a small limit, therefore you run out of hot water very fast. There was a kitchenette in the room, but no utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. We requested a kettle be sent up to the room as we wanted to have a hot drink. That took almost 24 hours to arrive as they didn't have a spare one. We requested some cups and spoons. Two cups and one spoon arrived. The reviews said 4.5 stars. No, I don't think so. We wanted to save a few hundred dollars so we could travel to Cordoba in a month, so we stayed here rather than at our usual NH Hotel in Madrid. There are always going to be compromises when you try something else.

Not clean, shower unconfortable to fit in

Problems with cold hot water . Was kitchen but was not provided stuff for kitchen . Old bath .

it’s a 3 star hotel. What would you expect?
