“A Nice Little Hotel in a Convinient Spot”

The best

Good buffet breakfast. The rooms are decent, everything you can expect and clean. The service is always friendly too. It's a great location right next to the train station.

“Terrible experience - stay somewhere else!”

The best

Awful experience at this hotel. We had to evacuate our home nearby due to the wildfires so we checked in here at 3am with 2 very young children who were scared to death about the fires. We needed a good night's sleep but instead we were woken up at 7:30am by workmen drilling very aggressively right outside our doors, the noise was unbearable. We weren't told this work was going to be happening and when I went to reception to ask what was going on the receptionist didn't care at all saying "they have to work". It was 7:30am on a Tuesday morning! No sympathy or understanding from the hotel staff whatsoever. I filled in a complaints form and was told that I'd be called that day by the hotel manager and that we would be refunded for the rooms. It's been more than 2 weeks now and no call from anybody and no refund. When you try and call the hotel there's never any answer. If you need a hotel in Tres Cantos, do not stay here - there are much better hotels nearby. AVOID
