We were 4 and we have only 2 chairs,missing towels/we get only 1 for body and 1 for face for 4 days,they dont want to get more.We have to wait for them 2 hours on the street to get a keys,There is not enough equipment for 4 people.Never more this place.Stuff so unprofessional.Last time.when this place was refresh was for many years.This stuff can not work with tourist...maybe they can try some.another.bussines to do.Allways when we enter the appartment we felt stale smell

The location was great close to shops and facilities we enjoyed our stay very much the apartment was clean warm and very comfortable.The host was friendly and helpful .Will definiatly stay here when in madrid again

Excellent wifi, location and communication with Minty Stay! :) I would give 10 if there would´ve been proper windows and view to the street, that is the only thing that dropped the rating to 9.
