Exotic Little Palace City Center

This place was a complete scam ! Air conditioning didn’t work, there were cockroaches, you cannot even use the oven or the kitchen hood because electricity was running through it.

This apartment is one of the worst apartments we have rented in Spain. Check-in time was 16, but we received the Apartment keys after many calls to the owner and assistant after 17 only. We had small kids waiting for hours to get in the apartment and sleep since we woke at 3 AM that day of travel. The apartment does not have heating in the bedrooms. There is not enough natural light in the apartment, it feels like a dungeon. The worst was the bathroom, it was completely broken. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom and it smelled really bad throughout the stay. There was not enough hot water in the apartment(It got empty only after 2 people had taken a shower). During winter time, it was very difficult to manage without hot water to take a bath. The road in which this apartment is located smells like a Toilet since people have peed on the road. You can hear clearly what people are saying on the road. It is difficult to stay in the apartment at night as you can hear the noises from outside. I would urge people to not rent this apartment. It is a complete waste of money.

Not enough kitchen and cleaning supplies. Dishes were dirty. The washing machine was faulty

The lack of air-conditioning upstairs. The apartment only had one shower.
