Great location, easy walk from bus/train stations. Good communication with host throughout. She could not meet us so left the keys with the cafe below, easy. Clean entrance/stairs/lift. Spacious, airy apartment. Lots of storage. Comfortable bed. Well equipped including those things that are often missing: lots of toilet rolls, spare bin bags, washing machine liquid, ice cubes. Good coffee maker

This apartment is on the 4th floor (with lift) of a large apartment block on the edge of the historic centre of Oviedo. It is compact given its setting, with a small kitchen and bathroom, a spacious bedroom with built on wardrobes and full length mirrors, and a small but comfortable lounge area. It’s small balcony with outdoor seating is a feature with extensive views over downtown Oviedo and to the surrounding hills. It’s location and facilities make the apartment a good option for a stay in this interesting city. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and a supermarket within 3 minutes walk. We opted for the secure parking just over the road and 13 euros per day for our car, which was helpful on arrival and when we departed. Rosa, the host met us for check in and showed us around the apartment and was generally available for assistance and advice if required. The old and new towns and parklands make Oviedo an attractive place to visit.

Great location, super clean

The place was large. Well equipped kitchen. Amazing balcony with view. Great to sit at. Large lounge room. Hot water. I generally don’t sleep well but sleep the whole night. And the place has an art deco feel about it.
