after we did the check-in the internet wasn’t working, I called the guy who handled the keys, he said he cannot do anything cause he live far away, then I said I want cancellation and money back, he said then I should call the landlord or Booking.com, he also add that I will not received any money back in any case. ok I called Booking.com telling them I want to cancel cause internet is not working, and then I call the landlord to accept my fee cancellation, she said I will not receive any money back, and she will call the internet company and will solved it, I paid for 3 nights so I insisted to cancel cause I need it internet I wanted to book an another apartment, she said again I will not receive any money back, and then she accused me that I don’t want to pay the deposit, she said: you should paid the deposit dear! when actually nobody asked me at the check-in for the deposit! that was nonsense from the landlord, I closed the phone and after 30 minutes I see is still no internet connection I called again, she said I refused to receive “Jesus“ the guy who handled the keys, which is not true again because he said to me he live far away and I should call the landlord etc.!
ok the internet worked 2 or 3 hours later.
about the apartment is not luxurious at all, furniture is ikea quality, a few plastic flowers as decorations full with dust, the Matratze is low quality as well. there is no sun light coming inside the apartment, the apartment is dark you always have to open the lights, the apartment is located between ground floor and first floor and in both sides of the apartment when you open the windows you got just air-conditioning motors which releases a very bad air, so you cannot open the windows, the little Patio how they called, cannot be used as well cause is very hot and because of the air-conditioning motors above your head. in the kitchen is missing so many things as cutting boards, big spoons, etc.
