Host Alex is friendly and send us the code of the lockbox the morning we're arriving to Valencia. The house, the location it was amazing. Mornings with sunrise and evenings with sundowns. Enjoy it!

“Stunning beach side villa”
The best

The Villa is beautiful and modern. The back gate opens out to the beach! It has two beautiful outdoor seating areas to watch the sea. The garden is lovely with a new pool (not heated) and it has a beautiful pergola with a large table for meals, next to two BBQ. The main two bedrooms have Aircon and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is well equipped with a modern oven and hob. Overall this villa is amazing.

To be improved

The villa is literally in the middle of nowhere. No shops or restaurants in walking distance. We did know this before but expected at least a local shop! Roughly a 10-15 minute drive to the closest shop.

The best

Excellent property, it was wasn’t near any shops or amenities, but we picked it for that very reason. Right on the beach front which was lovely.

To be improved

The property itself was perfect and I would have no fault with it.. Only thing I would’ve like to have known beforehand is that it was quite a stony beach so not suitable for the kids to play on and there is a nudist beach just to the right of the house, which wasn’t suitable for my young kids to be on.
