“Nice place, bad service on WIFI issue for whole stay. They ghosted every message and never replied. Appalling service.”

Good location near Ave de Americas for easy access to airport on 200 bus.

To be improved

No internet for WiFI. The routers worked for WIFI, but the input from the service provider was dead. I messaged the property managers every day and even called the contact number which went to voicemail. No attempt at contacting us. Nothing for three days.

Lactation is ok. Renovation is good.

To be improved

It is in basement with crazy stairs. The bed located right by entrance door. The staff is not responsive and asked for extra charges for the dog while on the booking website the policy says free of charge for pets. The price for this kind of stay is a bit high.
