“Will never ever visit this improvised apartment in the basement with unhealthy living conditions”

Almost nothing, apart from the location, close to metro station, just 4-5 stops away from centrum

To be improved

Apartment is in the basement, with terrible smell, furniture got this smell as well so we couldn’t sleep well, our kids got allergic reaction which made our experience more negative. I would strongly recommend to AVOID this apartment as it’s not well presented by host on Booking, whom BTW we neither met, nor asked about our check-in and satisfaction. There is NO AC, just a fan which could only disperse bad smell, hardly to cool down the room, so definitely not a good choice for summer break in Madrid.😢🔥🤯

The best

The place is in a good location to catch the bus and metro so a lot of attractions are close! There’s a fantastic Filipino restaurant right next to the apartment so definitely try it out!

The location was easy to find and local to shops, buses and Metro.Great value for money.

To be improved

We couldn't work out how to use the hob and there was no cooker.
