Exyca Malasaña

The room is in general very clean to my suprise that made our stay very enjoyable and pleasant. I'm very sensitve to unclean environment but I felt wonderful there. The check-in was smooth and the key is easy to find.

First of all, let me say that we had a great experience with the host. We arrived in Madrid quite early in the morning and asked if we might be able to check in earlier which in the end was made possible by the host which was very kind the location itself was clean And had everything that was mentioned. The only thing that I would highlight as something not so positive would be the mould and the wet stains on the walls this really concerned us therefore we tried to keep the windows open and at night the heating on since you could smell that the place was damp. I do believe that they will fix it for sure in the future because the location and also the size of the apartment are really good value for the money and will make your stay in Madrid. Perfect. There are grocery stores nearby. You can walk to lovely cafés and restaurants And the Metro is also very close. I would recommend to any of those with light sleep to bring earplugs since the walls are not the thickest and the neighbours have different working hours I guess so if you want a good night of sleep with a pair of earplugs you will be fine. We stayed there for Three nights and were three people and it was ideal
