“Cockroaches in the apartement!”

There’s cockroaches and ants infestation in the apartement! We needed to move out, while host was not helping and was saying it’s normal for summer 😮😡 with this attitude from host it will be common in Madrid, that’s sure.. By Madrid’s legislation, it’s not ok! It’s a health risk. The host didn’t respond neither to us nor Booking.com refund request, and Booking.com did not help us either, only suggested we’ll try to contact host ourselves 😟
