“While it is possible to stay here despite cons I mentioned - I think the value is not worth it”

Well, it was close to the train station…

What I didn’t like: - the sofa while was expandable but not working correctly and the expanded part was moving - the shower was open without any cover so the water could easily go outside - the apartment was on the first floor and one night a homeless guy was sleeping just next to the our window

“Good stay but apartment reaching process should be improved.”

I think the location was very complicated as its behind a shop and google map is not able to show the exact location so the host should have some sort of arrangement to help the tourist. I had to roam about the place for at least an hour before i got a direction from the host. They didnt even receive calls which was very frustrating.

“Never again”

The location was fine, it was a 10min walk to the metro station. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

To be improved

Everything else was bad: There was mold on the walls, sheets were dirty, the couch had white stains (see in pictures attached), it was loud during the night as there was a bar right in front of the apartment, the door was not isolated properly so it got cold at night, no proper kitchen supplies, the whole apartment stank due to the mold.

“Short but comfortable stay”

We love how spacious the space is (only the bathroom is quite narrow) and how well-equipped the place is. We have everything from washing machine to trash bags. The location is only 10 mins walk from Clara-Chamartin station. And the host gave such clear information to access the place (with photos and all). The reply is also very quick regarding questions that we have

To be improved

The place smells quite “humid” (for lack of better term) even though we’ve tried to open the door to let fresh air come in. Nothing too bothersome. And we are staying for 3 nights for 3 people and we only had 1 small tube of body wash. Would appreciate if they gave at least a big bottle.
