“Good apartment but ....”

Great apartment with new kitchen and everything you need. Fantastic location.

To be improved

1. No nets on windows so lots of mosquitos & flies 2. Ants and cockroaches in bathroom (and no not every apartment has them ... i regularly stay at the coast and this is the first time we've had them!) There were also cockroaches in the entrance hall and the lift. 3. Second bedroom had no linen and i had to pay e5 for a quilt cover and a top sheet (i recieved no communication about this before our stay) and we had specifically booked a 2 bed apartnent 4. Fan didn't work in bedroom (had to buy new batteries) 5. Host approved 2-3pm arrival and then said we couldn't check in until 3pm 6. Only one set of keys makes it difficult for guests who wish to do things independently 7. Towels need replacing, very thin and worn 8. Booking.com says private parking and there isn't, although parking wasn't a problem.

“A fab four days spent on the beach, enjoying the October sun”

A basic, simple, clean, functional no frills appartment wonderfully close to the beach and central town. Owner left loo rolls, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, salt/sugar and a tea towel which were apprectiated, having rented in other places and had to start from zero Had a kettle - yeay! We were a couple in a four person appartment. Both bedrooms were a fair size and the shower room seemed more recently refurbished. The owner could not be more charming. Usually, he'd not make an appearance but he needed to do a quick maintenance job with a locksmith and we were happy to give him access. He could not have been more polite.

To be improved

Being really picky now: ---Kitchen needs attention with one heavy pan drawer broken. Could have done with more than tumblers for drinks and perhaps some mugs but that's because we like a cuppa. ---Not keen on a bolster pillow on the double bed

that there wasn’t a mirror in the bedrooms and that the patio light didn’t work.
