To be improved

If you don’t have a car it can be a little inconvenient to go to restaurants but there’s a really nice grocery store near by so I could cook every night

Owners very communicative via Booking; had to arrange a property manager to bring the keys. Having a specific time of arrival at the property important for a smooth transition. Super clean, plenty of household items, perfectly functioning air conditioning systems, pool pretty convenient. Very nice linens.

To be improved

Booking.com driving directions are totally misleading. But the property address as listed was easy to find. Once located, super easy to get to/from. There is a bit of traffic noise from the adjacent freeway but the house is well sound-proofed and caused no issues with relaxing or sleeping.

The best

The apartment was amazing, we collected the keys on arrival and were shown to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and was well equipped with all appliances, plenty of cutlery, glasses, plates e.t.c. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room and there was a good amount of wardrobe space. The pool and gardens were lovely and very well maintained. Very well located for what we needed with the Mercadona and Supercor just a short 5 min walk. The village of Pueblo Nuevo was also walking distance and it has a good selection of restaurants, bars & shops.
