“Fantastic the Villa and location was perfect and was really looked after well by the team who manage the property”

Had everything you needed ,right down to the ironing board ,all utilities were in working order .Very clean and spacious with plenty of outside areas to enjoy the sunshine .Great seating and dining space. Situated ten minutes from Villa Martin plaza and lovely sized communal pool to enjoy only yards from Villa

“Avoid!”

The plaza, the villa was large.

AVOID There were no amenities you could walk to other then the plaza, you definitely need a car. There were 10 of and getting a taxi was impossible, with half our group often stranded. The villa was filthy when we got there and we had to clean it before we settled in. There was at least 4/5 inches of dust and dirt on the tables and we even had to clean the fridge. There was left over medication in one drawer, someone else's dirty underwear in a drawer and much more. The pool sent our hairs and clothes green. There was pubic hair on one of the ornaments too! I've added some photos but not all We damaged the cooker whilst there so expected to lose some of the deposit, we were honest but the host sent an elaborate invoice, much of which was not true damage or costs and she refused to send me any actual documentation evidence of invoices and refused to talk to me, telling us to get a Spanish solicitor! Avoid!
