“PLEASE FIND AN ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY !”

The guy is weird if he's not right in the head. I booked two weeks in mixed dorms. This morning, a girl brought her pet with her into the dorm. She said something to me in Spanish. I didn't understand, it was 7 a.m. Anyway, the animal is noisy and poops everywhere. I go to see the receptionist. They changed my room but forgot to tell me something really important. (That's just the beginning). I went for a walk and packed my suitcase to change rooms. I saw that the girl was still there with her pet. I got annoyed. I left and came back to the hotel, sending an email saying I wasn't happy. And then the manager showed up. He yelled at me really loudly in front of everyone. He said, “Yes, but this girl is in an abusive relationship. She ran away...” I felt bad for the girl. The guy wouldn't listen to me and just yelled at me. I explained that I couldn't have known that. Well, needless to say, he yelled at me so much that I ended up leaving before the end of my stay with them. And he said to me, “I hope you get beaten up so you understand.” Oh, I forgot! In the Google reviews, guests often mention that he harasses women, but also hits them when you have a problem with him. So I escaped the worst... a man who defends a woman from domestic violence but makes others cry and hits his female customers. Dude, you've got a big problem...

“The facilities were great, everything in the kitchen was clean, all the community rooms were also clean. I really had a nice time. · Cons: The showers, they just had one shower and one in the bathroom for a 10 people room. The shower itself was great. I didn’t like that it was up hill”

“Could have been much better, if had better service.”

The service was non-existent. We came after 2pm and there was noone at the reception (mind you, we were waiting outside in the heat, as there’s no way to enter the hostel without a key bracelet), we called the front desk and the girl there said she will come in 15 minutes. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes for her. Gladly, at 15 mins mark other guests were entering and we came in with them. The girl came in rushing and said she has to check us in quickly, as she has to go somewhere. Then, there was a problem with information from the reception staff, one girl told us we can have breakfast as early as 6 am, then another said we can have it only after 7. We were told that in the breakfast the orange juice and yogurt are included, but were not given them until we asked about them ourselves. Overall, very weird and unpleasant experience with the service. Additionally, the shower drain in the bathroom was not working properly.
