“Cons: While our stay was fine on the surface, I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking. After we checked out, I was charged €200 for “damages to the property” — something we absolutely did not cause. When I followed up, I was sent photos as supposed proof, but they clearly were not from our stay. The images showed a completely different state of the apartment than how we left it — likely from a previous guest. Despite pointing this out, the hotel refused to refund the charge. This feels like an outright scam, and I’m now out €200 for something I didn’t do. If this happened to me, it can happen to you. The hotel may look nice, but management is untrustworthy and dishonest. Stay here at your own risk — I certainly wouldn’t again.”

Location was good, clean appartments, good residential area

To be improved

Rooms not cleaned once during stay,(4 nights) towels not replaced etc, would have been struggling to accommodate the 8 people I originally booked for (6 of us came)
