Family Deluxe Apartment Beach

Everything was just so great, the apartment is close to the beautiful beach.

No soap for bathroom, mold on the walls in the bathroom, and there was a €300 cash requirement deposit that was not disclosed in the rental information prior to booking.

We had to wait an hour and a half after arrival for check-in, which with our two children under two years old was not exactly ideal, which the owner said was due to cleaning staff delays, but we found the apartment dirty. Filthy balcony, putrid A/C and window/vent in the bathroom, food remains in the oven, grease on the outside of the oven and microwave, sand/dirt on one of the bedsheets, very dirty sofa and pillows. Owner required us to pay in cash for the tourist tax in exact change, which shows how she did not try to accommodate us. Slow drains in the bathroom. We got bitten by mosquitoes in the apartment every night. Written information provided about three different Wi-Fi networks, but only one worked (and that one was in very small print and hard to find). The apartment's alarm went off twice, and the owner was surprised that check-in staff did not explain it. Written information stressed that this was an apartment for families, but the alarm buttons were placed so that is was very hard to keep our 2-year-old from calling the emergency service. There was lots of traffic noise and pollution from street and noise from neighbors, including barking dogs; a neighbour's alarm clock woke me up every morning. Missing buttons on A/C remote and the A/C completely stopped working. We had to meet a technician twice and the first time he was a half hour late. One of three ceiling lights in the kitchen not working. Worst dishwasher I’ve ever seen (cutlery and glasses came out looking terrible, even though we used the same detergent we use at home).
