The best

Good location with coffee shop & fruit stand close by. Clean & comfortable beds, nice balcony overlooking small park. Had laundry facilities. Kitchen had expresso machine & coffee pods & a box with a variety of teas. Dishes, utensils, cookware as well as a microwave, and products to wash dishes provided. Does have elevators to take you to the unit on 6th floor but are small so only 3people at a time & if you have much luggage you will need to make several trips. WiFi works but note password is all caps, sign made it look like one letter was lower case.

To be improved

Shower in 2nd bathroom so small you couldn’t bend over (to pick up anything you dropped). Provided 1 bath towel per person but no wash cloths. No instructions on how to use expresso machine, or TV. Tried to figure out how to get English subtitles on TV unsuccessfully. Air conditioner in 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds did not cool room even when adjusted for cooler temperature. Biggest problem was getting the deposit & required government tourist fee to owner due to internet issues but they worked with us. Also, keep in mind owner lives in different time zone (Panama) so had some issues with timing of access to unit due to flight delay & problem with tour driver.

“Comfortable apartment with good location”

The best

The host was very friendly but did not speak English. The property was clean and very well located - close to public transport and to the stop of the airport shuttle. The living room and the kitchen were really comfortoble and spacy.

To be improved

We had to pay additional charge for arriving late because the host needed to meet us and hand over the keys. This has very easy solution. Additionally we were asked to clean the apartment and dispose of the garbage, which I found quite unusual and annoying. The apartment comforably suits 7 people, but two of the beds were really small, not even reaching a queen size. The apartment had 2 bathrooms; yet the small one was so tiny that when inside you can hardly close the door behind you and you cannot turn inside.

“Great for two families or group of friends enjoying Barcelona”

The best

Great information ahead. We got introduced to each room and all usage of the rooms and switches. We had a very warm welcome. The rooms are well equipped and we had two separate bathrooms = ideal for two families.

To be improved

only the weather :) but this is not the fault of this accommodation ... we were very satisfied and the kids loved it.

Excellent location with a nice shady piazza place downstairs with Cafe next door. Had a good functional kitchen plus washing/drying facilities. Good aircon in every room,

To be improved

Really only a 3 Bedroom place plus a small single room, One of the showers was at best a vertical 90cm cube. Natalie very engaging but limited English. We thought the Bond of Euro400 was unreasonable & the process of managing it (including cash on paid on arrival) quite bizarre.
