No daylight , no sunlight The window opens on a cold dark patio Located Next to a fish restaurant that accesses the patio. Smell of fish all day Noisy neighbors and noisy elevator in the building.

convenient location - 3-4 minute walk from the metro station.

To be improved

No sunlight, always dark inside - could not open the windows due the construction workers woking around. It will be nice to have curtains. The TV and the heater did not work work properly, need to be checked.
