The location and the complex were lovely. The pools were great, especially the kids' pool. It was a short walk to the beach and the supermarket.

To be improved

The floor was filthy, and the kitchen cupboards were falling apart. There were sockets hanging off the wall. The ensuite smelled of stagnant water, which did not go away if you flushed the toilet and there was no extractor fan. There was very little storage bearing in mind it was a 3 bedroom apartment.

Staff were amazing and helped out with everything requested of them. The pools are amazing the rooms were really good.

To be improved

There were only a few problems. The pillows were shocking Washing machine would not open so same towels and bedding for two weeks which was not so good. Would benefit from air conditioning
