The best

The view from the balcony. Everything needed was supplied. Location was good for our stay. The lady manager was very flexible with check in and check out times.

To be improved

Big dog that loudy barked in the morning and late at night from the apartment below. After 14 nights of our 15 night stay I am afraid to say that I lost my temper and shouted down to the owner which made no difference! Dirty floors. Needed a good mopping. Under the sofa (one of the grandchildren lost a toy under the sofa so had to retrieve with brush) the floor was thick with dust and fluff, photo of brush attached. The glasses, cutlery and pans had to be cleaned before use. No sun on balcony all day as the balcony is covered. This resulted in a very dark apartment that was not pleasant to stay in as it created a dismal, suppressed atmosphere. The patio door locks were broken so this was a security concern. Only two towels provided which made it difficult as when washed they did not quite dry during the day. Very noisy apartment as the walls are so thin you could hear people in the next apartment even talking on the phone!
