“Exciting, challenging, a learning experience.”

The location was good, especially for buses. It has a washing machine and clothes dryer and an iron. There was plenty of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils, (but no tea towel to dry dishes).

To be improved

On arrival we tried to ring the number given to us by booking. com for the owner but couldn’t connect, although I had eSIM. A helpful neighbour tried several times and so did people at Reception in a nearby hotel. Eventually they connected and we got the code for the street door and also for the key box for our apartment. There were 2 keys and we had great trouble making the correct key work. Happily another neighbour came upstairs and helped out. It all took a very long time! We didn’t find out what the second key was for until 2 days later. Written instructions in English would be helpful- likewise for the washing machine, particularly to explain the symbols for the various settings. The bed had a big dip in the middle which we reported to the owner who was most apologetic but unable to get it fixed in time for our stay. A change of towels would have been good because we were there for 7 nights. We couldn’t find any English language channels on the tv.

“A comfortable place to stay in one of Sevilles most charming regions.”

The best

We loved the location of this property in the quieter more traditional Macrena district. Perfect for those wanting to avoid the mayhem of the more touristy areas. The room was clean and comfortable and had good facilities. This is the only property on our travels that had a washer and dryer which was very handy.

To be improved

Bedroom was little cramped.

“Had a great time in Sevilla”

The best

It was a nice experience to stay in a traditional local house. The apartment has cozy and quiet vibes, and I have almost everything to stay more comfortable, such as electronic gadgets, hangers, and kitchen appliances.

To be improved

A host of the house didn't contact me for several hours on the day of check-in, so I had to call a customer service centre and wait over an hour:( But other than that, it was good accommodation.
