Fantástico piso en Barcelona

The apartment is in a great location – close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around very convenient. However, there were several issues that affected our comfort during the stay.

A modern apartment situated in an old building on a narrow street in an old part of Barcelona (Poble-sec). Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine with a place to dry the clothes (outside the window). The windows open to the inner side of the building - maybe watching clothes of your neighbours is not the optimal view, but is very quiet (no sounds of the street)... maybe except one opera singer practising every morning (what was rather nice). Easy access to the building and flat using the mobile App or the keyes and card provided. Staircase and lift very narrow (one person with one suitcase). Nice hosts who contacted us a few times via WhatsApp, answered our questions, provided data needed to pay the tourist tax. Good wifi. TV set with options to log into main streaming services. Very close to the Para-lel tube station with funicular to Montjuic and a few useful bus lines (including one to the beach, which is much better solution than using metro). A lot of shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk.

I liked the location, the cleaniness, the immediate response of the owner, the spacious apartment and the fact that it was super easy to get into the property through an application. Also it was a very quiet neighbourhood, safe and 2 minutes walking from Paral•lel Metro Station full of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Facilities: hair dryer, toilet paper, toaster, washing machine, dish washer, espresso machine, kettle, fully equipped kitchen with cultery, plates, pans and glasses.
