Fantástico Piso, Junto a Playa y Pleno Centro

The whole house was very dusty. Even the bed sheets. It was horrible. My boyfriend and I felt really sick inside the house (we are allergic to house dust). The bedroom window was not to the outside, but to the apartment lobby, so no clean air enters the room. We noticed the presence of black mold in the bottom corner of the window's wall. Bath towels were also in very bad shape, filled with🤢 The sofa had this terrible rug covering it, that smelled extremely bad! We couldn't be near it🤮🤮 Overall, very bad cleaning. Even the dishes and pans that we needed to use were in terrible shape. We had to wash everything before using it. We weren't able to sleep there, we felt sicker at every minute that passed. Finally we decided to rent another place. At checkout, we tried to talk to the property owner about these things and he did not take it well and was very unpleasant and arrogant.

The towels smelled super bad

The property is in a considerably worst shape than implied in the pictures, and the whole building smells (typical old building smell). The cleanliness did not meet my expectations, neither in the bathroom, nor in the bedroom and the kitchen.

Minor issue is that during the winter the house, like most houses in Spain is not greatly equipped to handle the lower temperatures and the heater provided doesn't do much, so the sofa is not the warmest place to be.
