The best

The room service breakfast is excellent. The view is amazing but if you don't have a room that faces the back of the building, it is difficult to see it. The staff is top notch!

To be improved

The room we booked is on the front of the building. It was hot so we kept the windows open. The street is very busy late into the night. Way too much noise for good sleep. Rooms on the back of the building are likely much better in regards to the noise.

Lovely view of the playa de concha - very independent with lift from parking direct to room. Breakfast on own terrace overlooking bay

To be improved

You need to know that the property is very elevated and there are a lot of steps back up from beach level. Alternatively there is a longer but less steep route via a quiet road

“Nice, but not for the price.”
The best

The view is incredible and the hotel is in a nice old building in a quiet part of town. The breakfasts are very nice and can be scheduled to suit your needs. The rooms are nice and clean (although a little small). The hotel itself is a little bit out of town which might be an issue for some, but means it is nice and quiet at night and you can hear the sound of the ocean as you sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive when we asked for things, e.g. extra pillows, etc.

To be improved

The room we had was missing some amenities e.g. it didn’t have air conditioning, a fridge or a safe. Lacking air conditioning meant sleepless nights as it was very hot when we stayed. The room was quite small and as we were travelling with large cases it was hard to manoeuvre in the room at times and there aren’t many places to store your belongings. The grounds of the building were poorly kept and needed some gardening and sweeping away dead leaves. There is a €20 fee if you arrive after 9pm. Considering the cost of the hotel (we paid €400 a night) this just seems unreasonable and cheap of the hotel. Whilst the hotel is nice, I wouldn’t stay here again. You’re paying a premium price for a run of the mill experience. Basically, you’re paying for the view.

“Perfect place to unwind”
The best

It was the perfect place to escape the busy streets, relax, and soak up the spectacular view. Breakfast was fresh and beautifully presented. The location was quite central - a short walk to most places, including the beach (via stairs)

To be improved

Unfortunately the yoga classes aren't running at the moment, as promoted on booking.com.

Views in our room (11) were to die for. Stunning and strongly recommend. Staff were lovely and breakfast delivered to your room each day was a great touch!
