Hello. Unfortunately i can't find the missed items as i have looked multiples times in every corner of the apartment. I have 4 items missed, 2 brand new items still ( a dior lipstick and a ysl touch d'eclat corrector with the package still on and one old mascara ), and a brand new yoga pants from oysho in size M, the items that were taken are make up and women clothes ALL BRAND NEW so i can only assume that it was a woman who took them who s size is M. This is UNACCEPTABLE, NO ONE has the right to enter the room without our consent this is an airbnb not a hotel with room service. I KNOW that the housekeeper has the passwords, because in the first day when we met her she entered the room of a person and had the password. I am gonna leave a bad review stating everything that happened, i did not pay 70 euro for the fees of housekeeping to be stolen for, this has ruined my trip right now. The items were bought Saturday and by Sunday when we were packing our stuff we did not find them. I demand you check the CCTV between saturday to sunday to the the apartment upstairs “G”. I will even try to pursue this legally ! i hope you investigate this through and will be waiting for your response !
