“Comfortable, well maintained and equipped separate but not too far away from busier cities”

Large, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a quiet, low traffic street. We arrived late in the evening and had some difficulty finding the apartment, but Gianluca was incredibly helpful and engaged and we found our bearings within minutes.

To be improved

Like others commented, there is a constant odour coming from plumbing and shower drains really slow. I understand this is the building’s problem and not of the apartment, but people should be aware of it.

“Great Base for the North East of Gran Canaria”

The best

The apartment is spacious, has everything we needed and is close to the beach. You will find a mini market in front of the house and restaurants nearby. Thanks to plenty of parking spaces, it is a great base to explore the north east of Gran Canaria. We recommend going to Agaete and Galdar for museums, el Roque for a unique settlement on a rock between crushing waves, and going to the nearby nature reserves on the mountain for hiking.

To be improved

If you want to nitpick for a great apartment: it's on the second floor without an elevator and you will hear some street noise from cars during the day, though not at night. Honestly, I have to think hard to find something where the apartment was not perfect. We loved it.

“Just perfect”

The best

Super clean freshly updated property, a stone-throw from the beach, well equipped kitchen, perfect bathroom, lots of room including a balcony and a large lounge. Would be perfect for a family; we were a couple and booked it because we needed a place to stay quickly so the value for money wasn’t that great for us but it would be amazing if you were a group or a family.

To be improved

Some teething issues regarding access but ironed out quickly once I contacted the super helpful owner.

“Exceptional”

The best

If you want to relax and enjoy the sea where is not to much people it is for you. The apartament has everything needed and is specious and so clean and fresh inside. We loved the area and the beach that is really lovely. Additionaly no problem with parking.
