“Cosy 2 bedroom apartment in heart of Seville”

Location was excellent, apartment is really big and beds are good. It has dishwasher and a washer which is useful to wash clothes as it is super hot outside

To be improved

Nuki(electronic lock) on the door did not work so we had to wait in front of the apartment with two toddlers. Neighbours are super loud and have big dogs (Hungarian vizsla and Labrador) so barking was usual thing as well as loud music.

Spacious and quiet apartment. The kitchen is useful for coffee and making snacks.

To be improved

The host keeps the process of entering the apartment to the last minute. Therefore you need to be on the internet when you arrive in the city - without the internet there is no way you can figure out how to find the place or how to enter. Annoying. The apart suffers from dampness and you can smell it. Was not nice - we complained but got fobbed off. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours. The shower was disgusting - see photos.

“Good choice to stay”

+: Good location, big apartment and good communication with owner :) -: Old traditional building has a bit of smell and thin walls so it can be noisy at the morning. The bed was too soft for us.

“Once we got in, the apartment was fine.”

We walked the streets after midnight after a long day travelling. We then started phoning the host. No answer and no callback. We then met the local civil police and they rang the host and left a message. Finally after over an hour the host rang back just before my phnone went dead and we got entrance, We are not happy.
