“Location · Cons: There is a very noisy macerator pump in the toilet! The macerator pump is located right next to the bedroom and makes a loud, disturbing noise every few minutes — even when we’re not using the bathroom. It’s very disruptive, and makes it hard to rest. Frankly, this is disappointing given the price we paid and the expectations we had for a comfortable stay.”

“The location of the property was very easy to navigate the city, access the subway, and visit local attractions. The apartment had an air conditioner and very nice balcony. · Cons: The sheets for the beds did not look like they all had been cleaned with noticeable stains on some of the sheets. Further, the property offered car service from the airport. It took multiple phone calls and an extra 30 minutes of waiting. When booking the post is for multiple locations so the experience can vary vastly between the location that you're assigned.”

“Poor facilities and unavailable hosts makes this a place to avoid despite its good location.”

To be improved

Property is a prime example of when you facelift a place to make it look nice in photos but is actually not acceptable to stay in. Beds are uncomfortable, the shower is leaky and the place is noisy. The AC fan was broken and and the toilet shredder goes off at random times and is extremely loud. The hosts are unhelpful if anything is needed and provide AI chatbot answers. The apartment was not even available when they said it would be. For families looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay - looks elsewhere.

Location 10 The apartment was spotless and smelled nice, big. I found everything what I need, iron, iron table, a dishwasher, a kettle, tea, coffee, a wine opener, a microwave, an oven, a cooker, enough pans, plates, cutlery, and tissue

We struggled to open the building door, it was not in the queue in the app. You need to use first 3 then 3 then 1 not make sense
