“Gorgeous property in a perfect location”
The best

Apartment was v central. Lift was useful when you have cases etc. The property layout was excellent and clean.

To be improved

Nothing about the property itself but the stairs going up or down where very creaky/noisy. That’s about the only (albeit very minor) negative I could find.

The best

Location was excellent, apartment was spacious and clean. Great showers, good pressure and nice temperature. Communication was always prompt, friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend this property in Madrid

The location is right there at the Paza de Espagna. Just open the door and there are several restaurants. I love the fact that i could drink late on the street and walk up to sleep

“A comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a peaceful location, perfect for a short stay in Madrid.”

The apartment was comfortable and well-located in a quiet residential area, which made it feel safe and relaxed. The air conditioning was great, especially in summer, and access to the building was easy. Having a Dia supermarket nearby was also very convenient.

To be improved

Just a small note — the kitchen floor felt slightly sticky when walking barefoot, but everything else was clean and well-maintained.
