“It was very close to Ventas metro line which brings you directly into the city. Close to a carrefour shop and the kitchenette was very handy. We stayed for a festival so it was ideal for us as we didn’t want to spend too much money on accommodation and needed somewhere that was near the metro. It was very safe and secure with a pin code needed to get into it 24/7. Staff were there from around 9-6 everyday if you needed anything but there was an emergency contact should something go wrong. We didn’t use the luggage storage option but they provided it for us if needed. Air con was a big plus and it worked so well so we were delighted as it was very hot. The tv had all the streaming sites so it was a great asset. Check out is 12pm which I think is an ideal time. Location was very quiet and very little road traffic. Neighbours were very quiet too. Local restaurants and bars around the corner too if you wanted a quick drink. Close to the airport too but no direct metro to it so we used a taxi to get to the airport which was around €15 which was perfect. Only a ten minute drive to the airport too. · Cons: There was mould in the shower and the sink. Floor had dirt on it so we couldn’t walk around barefoot. Sheets were inside out and slightly torn which was disappointing as you never know who has been using them before us”
