Nice apartment and location is convenient

To be improved

Taking cash deposits for everything (towels, ironing machine, etc) is not a customer friendly process. All hotels take pre authorization on the card to reduce such hassle. Also reception agent Bruno should treat customers in a better way. Also explain what the hotel offers. We later discovered that the hotel offers many entertainment options that we didn’t know about when we checked in. It was really disappointing

“Good for families with small kids”

The hotel is next to the calm beach; bus stop is in front of the hotel; supermarket and restaurants are within few minutes walking away. Good variety and quality of food.

To be improved

Main audience is the families with babies and toddlers, which makes it a noisy place; the pool is always overcrowded, the water is muddy. The restaurant has very good food but the atmosphere is similar to the busy canteen - it’s better to come in the beginning of the meals hour, when it’s all clean and neat.

The cleanliness is very below standard, even below basic sanitary rules. The rooms are not properly cleaned throughout the stay (had a “couple” of pigeon feathers running around the room throughout the entire stay even though we commented it), plumbing is not effective as it should be and releases smells back. Linens are only changed upon request on reception, the comunal areas, for example out of your bedroom window you may have a patio full of birds’ excrements, with all the smells and bugs attached to it, even bed bugs. So in summary, not a 4 star experience as expected and paid for. The apartments were not renovated as stated in the property facilities information, not all apartments have the private terrace they mention, we were stuck with a front porch to a main passage area, and that was watered as the same time as the gardens, so no option (private or public) to chill out after putting the children to bed.
