“The hotel is quite big and caters to mass tourism. It's really fine but it is nothing special. It is worth mentioning that they have a good customer orientation - they knew it was my birthday and they left a bottle of champagne in the room, which was a really nice touch.”

“We booked 2 rooms which were arranged very close to each other as requested. 1 room seemed recently renovated, bright and fresh. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Pool area was pleasant and clean with a lifeguard Wifi adequate for our needs. · Cons: The second room we booked was poorly lit and seemed tired. Breakfast catering could be described as industrial or institutional in scale and quality. A good variety of options and as much as you want but not high quality.”

Rooms are very dated and quiet different from the photos!!! We’ve got the room with wall view, no sun all the day, very cold inside, no heating with air conditioner. Had to ask for 2 blankets to sleep. Pools are not warm, on of them freezing. Breakfast rather poor for 4 stars hotel. It is max 2-3 stars, not 4. Doesnt worth a price.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Due to a last-minute cancellation by another property, I was forced to book this hotel only 4 days before my trip. Upon arrival, I received an upgraded room, which had an exceptional ocean view and gave me access to the rooftop patio.

To be improved

Parking near the property was very limited. The onsite parking is convenient and costs €15 per day. However, onsite parking was unavailable for one of the nights and I had to park in a garage about 10 minutes away, which was much more expensive. Our shower was poorly designed. The drain could not keep up with the flow, and since there was no barrier on the floor of the walk-in shower, water sheeted off the end and flooded the bathroom. I notified the front desk and maintenance addressed the issue right away. Drainage was improved, but it was still difficult to shower without spraying water all over the bathroom floor.
