“Bad review”
Only the Portuguese receptionist that was kinda nice
The room was old, dirty and smelly There was no water in the hotel, I was not able to take a shower. The room had no isolation, I could ear everything from the people outside The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were a little bit dirty Bad experience with them And it was very expensive, since I left very early in the morning I payed as well for the breakfast. And no discount was made about the breakfast and the failure of water during night
“Nice hotel”
Nice hotel . Great selection of nice food daily . Alcohol on tap san Miguel and wine help your self . Avoid ground floor rooms awful 😞 never been 4 ⭐ accommodation. Mouldy bathrooms . Lizards walking around on floor 😲 a little catch on the shutter doors that people just open and look in to your beds which are next to the door . Got moved to 2nd floor was so much more like. 4 ⭐ except WiFi was rubbish .
“Holiday is over we have a company party”
Where do you start! We arrived at 9:40 p.m. and didn’t get into our room until midnight, having to stand in a long line… off to a great start. The hotel is about as basic a 3-star as you can get — every aspect of it needs renovating, top to bottom. The dining area especially, with tables, floors, and everything in need of a good clean. The food is very average and in most cases not even hot. We didn’t expect it to be this busy over the half-term holidays — we were completely wrong. For some reason, they put the fries in the same area where the meat is cooked, so you have to queue just for fries — or worse, queue for meat and find it’s all gone by the time you reach the chef. The pool area is large, but you still had to get up at 6:30 to get a sunbed because they were all taken before breakfast. We were there for a week and only saw pool entertainment on two days — and that just consisted of a brief dance session and some water aerobics. The evening entertainment was very poor. There isn’t a dedicated space or stage — just a large foyer that everyone crams into. It feels like when it’s raining outside and everyone rushes indoors, except this is every single night. Most nights it was just a short children’s dance session, and on a couple of nights they had guest artists perform — but seats were extremely limited. It was so crowded we ended up sitting on the marble stairs. A lovely chef noticed and kindly brought us three seats and made a small table for us. At this time of year, when evenings are cooler, everyone wants to be inside — but it’s frustrating having to scramble for a seat and queue for drinks. You can see many guests feeling disappointed, though it’s not the staff’s fault directly. One major issue that affected the whole holiday was that after the clubs closed, every single shop in the area also closed. The place felt deserted. The only supermarket open had very limited stock and charged nearly double for basic items. No proper supermarket, no restaurants, no cafés — nothing open at all. We’ve travelled to many countries and never experienced anything quite like it. The road outside for about 200 meters has no streetlights — it’s pitch dark. Just you, the kids, and a few questionable characters around. On the second-to-last day, Jet2 informed us that our pickup would be at 6 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. — fine. But on the final morning, we received another message saying the hotel was closing that day, which explained the earlier pickup. When we went to the lobby, there was a notice saying the hotel was closing for a company party. We were told we could have two extra hours in our room, but all food and drink service would end at 1 p.m. Snacks would be available afterward. Many of us couldn’t believe it. At 1 p.m. they literally shut the hotel down — closing bars, turning off electricity at the pool, and preparing for their private event while guests were still there. We were left in a basic outdoor snack area with very little food or drink available. While we were trying to find water in 23-degree heat, they blocked off the lobby with furniture, moved all the drinks around inside, and began their staff party in full view of the guests. They closed the dining area for their own activities, and staff were relaxing and socialising while paying guests were left outside. You have to remember — nothing nearby was open: no shops, restaurants, or cafés. We simply had to sit there and watch our holiday end a day early while the hotel hosted a party. The lack of consideration was disappointing and felt unprofessional from start to finish. They eventually realised the situation and handed out bottled water and sandwiches, which was appreciated — but this wasn’t an emergency or a power outage. It was a planned event, and guests who paid for a full holiday were made to feel like an inconvenience. The closure of the local area is on us for not researching properly — fair enough. And before that last day, we managed to make the best of things and have a somewhat decent time. But for the price you pay, this hotel just doesn’t deliver value for money.
“Not 4-star standard”
The hotel may have all the facilities required to qualify for its 4-star rating, but the guest experience falls far short of 4-star. On the plus side, it’s a fairly attractive hotel, with low-rise bedrooms blocks clustered around the large pool area. Also the location is good, at the quieter end of the beach. In theory the hotel has a beachfront location, but for some reason there is a high fence blocking any view of the sea from the hotel grounds, and a gate to the beach (which is locked at dusk, so you can forget any ideas of a moonlit stroll along the beach). Bedroom needed a bit of attention - nothing dramatic, just a bit of a paint and a little refurbishment of the bathroom. Good shower. The “restaurant” was disappointing. It had the ambience of a noisy school canteen, with cheap white tables and chairs. No table service of drinks. Definitely not a 4-star experience. And if you fancy eating outside on the restaurant terrace, forget it, it’s closed! The buffet, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, was fairly extensive, but not great quality. Also quite repetitive. Nice freshly-cooked omelettes for breakfast though. Hot food generally not hot. Drinks served in horrible plastic cups, even in the main bar. Definitely not a 4-star experience. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool, but by 9am each morning they are mostly reserved with towels, by selfish guests. In theory there’s a “no reserving loungers” policy, but management make no effort to enforce this. Could do better!
“Ok but not great”
Just stayed 26th oct for 7 nights , the hotel is ok. It is true it could do with a spruce up but we had hotel staff clean our room every day and the food was excellent for what it was. Most of the staff were very friendly and work hard especially the cleaning staff/chefs and the poolside staff were great. There was no problem getting drinks all day long. One thing I don’t like is the typical thing where the hyper holiday’ers are up through the night to claim there sun beds, all gone by 7am . There isn’t much going on at the evenings either. Overall a pleasant stay, food staff good , room average 2/3 star. beach quite nice. Ibiza town nice Ibiza itself lovely obviously end of season so lots closed up around holiday towns . I sadly won’t go back either my family of 4 but at the same time am pleased I experienced it. 4 days probably enough not 7 . this is an honest and fair opinion . The only thing I will add is lots of places close down now to fix things up over the winter break, maybe this hotel will be the same.. 😉
“Do not come here it will ruin your holiday!!”
Went on the 20th to the 25th October booked via Jet2 Shocking treatment from Hotel staff they simply do not care. Towards the end of the season, they had already given up with entertainment and did a few in-house things after complaints. Couldn’t even take a bread roll out of the restaurant, Had it taken off me and thrown in the bin, which is ridiculous for an all-inclusive. Restaurant had a really horrible stench smell to it although we were all inclusive staff were strict and trying to save as much money as possible, as previously mentioned in another review and really didn’t care. Awful attitude towards customers. Booked two ground floor rooms because my son has an eye disability and they didn’t tell us until we arrived to check in and put us on a second floor apartmentsimply not good enough we’re not able to change our rooms or give us a like for like hotel with our needs. Best food of the day is definitely breakfast The rest is pretty disappointing again no proper snack bar. This is definitely a three star hotel climbing down to a two! Do not come here you will be highly disappointed spend your money elsewhere. Mosquitoes everywhere got bitten so much never had so many. You have to spend a lot of money a lot not included in the all-inclusive. Queues were big during the evenings. I will never come here again my kids were miserable. New management is definitely needed in this Hotel. Shocking how much they do not care they just shrug their shoulders and say there is nothing they can do. Favoritism towards certain Hotel guests as well whilst others hotel customers are just pushed to the side. Got forced to sit down at a table in the restaurant one day when we didn’t want to sit where we were asked him to clean the table and he said he had done it when they were very obvious coffee, stains, and crumbs everywhere very bad service do not come here! The most awful experience. New management is definitely needed and a new attitude.
