Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with accommodation booked through Booking.com. The place was poorly maintained and not cleaned well at all. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a terrible smell that lingered throughout our stay. Later, when we tried to open the window for fresh air, the smell of weed wafted in from the neighbor, making things even worse. There is virtually no management on site, and I would strongly advise against booking this place, especially if you're traveling with family. The property owners seem completely indifferent to the guests' needs. Our stay turned into a nightmare when we were involuntarily kicked out at 7 am with no alternative place to go. I was left stranded on the street with my kids in the cold, which was extremely distressing. To add to the frustration, they had delayed our check-in until 6:30 pm because the apartment wasn't ready and left us waiting outside without any concern for our situation. Their token gesture of a €20 compensation for the delay felt nothing short of insulting after the inconvenience we faced. After finally checking in, they abruptly informed us that we needed to leave by 7 am to accommodate other guests arriving at 10 am. It's baffling how they allowed these other guests to check in at 10 am when they told us the official check-in time was 3 pm. The entire thing seemed like a scam, and I suspect the property is being overbooked privately, leading to situations like ours where families are unceremoniously displaced. I urge other travelers to steer clear of this scammy establishment. The owners clearly lack ethics and respect for their guests, leaving us with a bitter experience we won't forget. Stay away at all costs!
