Ants in bedrooms, kitchen and living area. mould in bathroom, no curtains in bedrooms. Poor towels, fridge not cold. Loud shutters and lights continually shining through bedrooms.

Washing machine not working,had to go to laundrymat. If the machine had been working there was a cloths line ouside the bedroom window but would have been difficult to access because there were bars on the windows as it was on the ground floor in a court yard surrounded by other apartments. there was a door to access the coutyard but we did not have a key and our smart lock didnt open it either.No remotre for the TV. No jug or kettle. The entry off the street and to the apartment door in and out was done on your mobile by pushing a button on the phone,but many times you had to push the button on the app repeated many times. a good old fashion keys would have been easier. It was very noisy because neighbours had their windows opened as there was 4 floors above us and the sound echoed in the small courtyard.
