The best

Nothing like the pictures, very dirty. Mold smelling, mold in the bathroom and the entry. Dirty sheets.. Unfortunately we left 2 days earlier and they refuse to reimburse the remaining nights.

“only if you have a congress.. be ready to clean”
The best

I was travelling for a conference and the location was just 2 minutes walk from the congress.

To be improved

The kitchen utensils were dirty. The shower and its curtain were dirty. The description wasn't accurate as no coffee machineand no pool (closed even just to sunbath) were available. The owner, that contact you with all the details, is not present. There are only the receptionists that only speak Spanish.

In the room there was one sheet for 2 person only, and old dirty blanket….there was no kettle and the noise from the other rooms in the night was terrible. The bed was folded out from the cabinet and wasnt comfortable…the price was too high.

Repeatedly questioned about arrival time despite providing a precise indication on seven occasions. Poor sound isolation; frequent disturbances during the night. Boiler-based water heating suitable for only one person. Inadequate bedding; a thin blanket, not warm enough, and no proper duvet. Absence of a duvet cover, resulting in an unpleasant experience. Reserved for two nights but stayed only one night. Disappointing bathroom conditions: grimy tub, shower curtains, and a dirty toilet. Lack of curtains led to early awakening with the sunrise.
