Fidalsa Paradise Sea Punta Prima

For the room with a sea view, the external window blinds were damaged. The blinds were closed but could not be opened due to the broken mechanism. Accordingly, the room was dark for 2 weeks, without a window, without a view of the sea, without fresh air. The apartment managers did not come to fix the blinds in 2 weeks. One day the water supply was also turned off in the apartment. There were no warnings and no information for how long. The managers could not be contacted. Also, be careful with an outdoor pool where too much chlorine is added. We had skin problems. If these 3 things weren't there and there were responsive apartment managers, then everything else would be fine.

Very hard to find location

The check-in instructions were extremely insufficient, there wasn't any toilet paper provided, and the Fidalsa staff was non-communicative and non--responsive. No beach towels and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The electrical breakers were turned off. Also I just found out I was charged $100 for some blue wrist bands that they said were lost and not left on the kitchen table in a bowl. I wish I had taken a photo when we left as we had no idea what the wrist bands were for and we left them in the bowl on the table when we left. In addition there is a mediating company that keeps the money from the deposit and won't release it unless Fidalsa agrees to the cost reimbursement. Well... Lo and behold Fidalsa said we lost the wrist bands and is keeping the $100. I have no idea when I'll get the rest of the deposit back. We left the place immaculate and I took a video of the bedrooms and living room for proof. Fidalsa is a deceitful company and should be banned from renting any properties in Spain and delisted on Booking. Oh and if I want to file a claim against Fidalsa I have to file it in France which isn't going to happen as I live in California. This is so wrong it makes me furious.

I got very unclear instructions about where to find the keys. They provide a helpline that you could not call just message and it took forever to get a response. I was standing over 2 hours (at 10 pm) in front of the apartment complex unable to get the keys. The company that operates that rental told me the next day that they would change the instructions and hopefully it happened since I don't wish that on anybody what happened to me. I left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will definitely not recommend this place to anybody nor will ever stay there again. Also the apartment was not crazy clean (a lot of crumbs in the couch and dust under the furniture).
