“Normal option for a small budget”

The apartment was very dark and cold even in May. In reality, the rooms are smaller than they look in the photo. But for a small budget and who needs several bedrooms, it is a normal option

Value for money. Nice 3 bedroom, reasonably accessible to public transport.

To be improved

bedroom was very humid, smells mouldy, and make us few uncomfortable to sleep at night. Occasionally no hot water for shower in the morning

“very good apartment in quiet part of Bilbao”

The best

it is very good apartment, ready to live there from couple of days to long period of time. everything what you might need to use is there. big TV, washing machine, kitchen, three rooms with comfy beds

To be improved

couple of times we experienced blackout, when we turned on the toaster. the apartment is pretty cold and therefore washed clothes did not get dry as fast as we expected

“Convenient location”

The best

* Good location, a few minutes walk from the metro station. * Very clean. * Check in and out was easy -- used a web app and then physical keys were inside the apartment. * Several bedrooms were nice, and the kitchen had all the things I wanted.

* Not a lot of natural light.

Modern apartment with decent facilities and helpful host who met us with the keys when we arrived in Bilbao.

To be improved

Living room and kitchen are dark and quite gloomy with no idea of what it's like outside. Noisy neighbours dragging furniture around early in the morning and construction noise from outside didn't provide for a restful night's sleep. The apartment looks like it's easy walking distance to the old town but it's actually a steep 20 minute uphill walk to get back although we did find a lift/elevator that locals use to get you halfway up.

“Nice, modern apartment”

The best

Large 3 bedroom apartment. Nice beds and modern kitchen and bathroom. In residential apartment block on outskirts of city, but supermarket close by and 5 minute walk to the metro

To be improved

Was hot during the summer and didn’t realise there was no air conditioning. Neighbours above were a bit noisy in a morning
