I don’t like nothing about the property

Kitchen would need some new pots and pans, only stovetop usable, the one time we used the microwave it tripped the fuse. Didn't retry and didn't dare to use old oven after that. Okay if you are mostly eating out and don't plan on cooking a lot. Sofa really uncomfortable. Bathroom with great water pressure but overall very outdated with funky smell. Lamps on bedside table not bright enough to read, bring itty bitty book light.

We would not recommend staying in this apartment, mainly due to the standard of some of the facilities and the unprofessional and rude behaviour of the management company. From the moment we arrived in the apartment there were several serious issues. The most serious of these was the state of the sofa. This was not fit for purpose and was falling apart. Not only could it not be used as a pullout bed but it was not possible to sit on it with any level of comfort. In the pictures it is covered with a throw so it doesn’t look too bad but it is a very old sofa that smells and is falling apart. This is something the management company was fully aware of and when we called to complain (as we were staying for almost three weeks) we were told that the sofa would be replaced imminently. This was also confirmed via a number of text messages. However, after following this up a few days later, the management company attempted to deny this, told us we misunderstanding the situation and ended the conversation by hanging up the phone. In addition to the state of the sofa there were also several other issues. This kitchen, which was described as being fully equipped, was missing basic items like a bread knife and bottle opener. Other basic items were also missing from the apartment - an ironing board, a bath mat, hand soap. The blinds on the balcony were missing hooks and could not be safely used. There was also a damp mouldy smell constantly coming from the bathroom.
