So much to love about Finca Bella Vista! Silvia, our host, was delightful. Very helpful and accommodating. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. There is a fully stocked grocery store just a short drive away. The view from the balcony was amazing. We used the dry sauna and took a quick dip in the pool but it was very cold - as you would expect in February!

To be improved

We needed to purchase water for drinking as we were cautioned not to drink the tap water. The pillows on the bed were very hard, but Silvia supplied an additional one that was softer. The shower in our apartment (#4) was not the one pictured on this site! It was very small as is the hot water heater.

The apartment was super, great views, quiet, pool and sauna also. The balcony was great in the morning sun , Silva was helpful and informative.

The apartment is 7km up hill from Arucas town . So you must have a car , there are buses but really you need a car. You're close to the lovely town of Teror and Firgas ,both worth seeing. Car ride back to Las Palmas including Las Canteras beach is about 25min from Finca Bella Vista. We felt that although the location was a little inconvenient to Las Palmas, the nearby towns, peacefulness and charm of the local roosters plus views etc were worth it

Musty smelling throughout property with mould, on top of dusty atmosphere was intolerable, triggered my partners asthma very badly. Fuses triggered when using heating Property came with noisy dehumidifier, due to damp No bed linen, musty smelling mattress cover, musty towels - no sheets..! No washing machine as described, only paid laundry done by house keeper (10 Euro per load) Unable to use swimming pool, unclean, no filtration going and filled with debris. Gardens overgrown and neglected. Very old fashioned and dated throughout in need of money spent on it badly Could not finish our stay here, due to the above Time of stay 30 December 2024 - 4 January 2025 Not recommended at all.

“The best place I’ve stayed at!”

The best

We really enjoyed our stay! The appartment with swimmingpool and view over the mountains was amazing. The facilities were in great condition. There was an infra red sauna. And besides this all, Maria was so friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming. She gave us tips about the area and gave us a warm welcome.
